Once your order ships, delivery can take up to 5-7 business days. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping is a flat rate of only $5.00 anywhere in the U.S.

My tracking says my package is lost. What can I do?
If it's been more than 5 business days since your order shipped and your tracking hasn't moved, let us know, and we'll begin a search on your behalf. If it's confirmed lost or still missing after 10 business days, we’ll happily send a one-time replacement.
My package says "delivered" but I can't find it.
My package says "delivered" but I can't find it.
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a little early, or it may have been tucked somewhere unexpected. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, here’s what we recommend:
- Check around your delivery area—porch, mailbox, side door, garage, or with a neighbor.
- Wait 24 hours—packages are occasionally scanned early and arrive the next day.

We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. If your item was damaged in transit, please email us at hello@thejoyfilledlifeco.com within 3 days of delivery and we will take care of you. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

As a small business producing limited-run items with care, we’ve chosen a final sale policy to remain sustainable and focused on quality. We offer detailed product photos, written descriptions, and a full walkthrough video so you can feel confident in your decision before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement of the same item. Just contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
