Shipping Timeline
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery can take up to 5-7 business days once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rate
We offer flat rate shipping of $6.00 anywhere in the U.S. Orders over $60 ship free.

Lost Packages
If it's been more than 5 business days since your order shipped and the tracking hasn't updated, let us know, and we'll begin a search on your behalf. If it's confirmed lost or still missing after 10 business days, we’ll gladly send a one-time replacement.

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a bit early, or they're left somewhere unexpected. If your tracking says “delivered” but you don’t see it, try the following:

  1. Check around your delivery area—porch, mailbox, side door, garage, or with a neighbor.
  2. Wait 24 hours—packages are occasionally scanned early and arrive the next day.
  3. Still missing? While we're not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we'll do our best to help. Just reach out at hello@thejoyfilledlifeco.com.

Packages Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@thejoyfilledlifeco.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
